We’re searching for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious Store Leader to join us in a very exciting period of expansion and growth at 92 Degrees.
About us
We first opened our doors as Liverpool’s original roastery coffee shop in 2015.
We passionately care about the story of our coffee, from the cherry growing at the start to the latte art as we hand customers their flat white.
We learn all we can about our growers, choosing established community farming projects and cooperatives to ensure our coffee purchasing power is doing good at the origin and are very proud of our involvement in Project Waterfall.
About you
You have awesome customer service skills, experience leading a team to success, always looking at the bigger picture, ambition and drive, determination to develop and grow within the company and a love of coffee.

Control the day to day operations of the store.
Ensure that every interaction is undertaken by your team and yourself is warm, welcoming, and friendly.
Share your knowledge and support the success of your team.
Order stock, complete and process invoices.
Create weekly rotas for you and your team.
Recruit, develop, and retain excellence.
Manage timekeeping, attendance and disciplinary matters as required.
Achieve or exceed store KPI’s
