Shipping policy

 

Online orders: 

Standard delivery to UK mainland postcodes should not take longer than 1-5 days.

• Place an order before 1 pm on a Monday to Friday and we’ll despatch it the same day.
• Place an order after 1 pm on a Monday to Thursday, we’ll despatch it on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday or at anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday.
• All UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 24/48 tracked service.

Some international options are available at checkout.

Local collection: 

We also offer a local collection service, orders selecting local collection will receive a notification when the order is ready for collection.

Collection is available ONLY from our Roastery HQ in Liverpool - L3 4BL.

Roastery collection is usually ready after an hour and available to collect 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
