During this time, the sugars in the fruit interact with a buildup of lactic acid, which develops sweet and fruity flavours in coffee. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFor this coffee specifically 'co-fermenting', orange pulp is added to this tank alongside the coffee cherries, to impart its citric acidity and bright fruity flavours.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe upshot of this, is that the coffee brewed tastes like a cup of\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e intensely juicy Tropicana\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
